Butterflies galore

Mum and Dad took us to see the Butterfly exhibition at the Otago Museum on Sunday. Wow it was hot in there!!! And so many butterflies everywhere. They landed on our heads and bodies lots of times and some were really big. We also saw fish and turtles in there. Wicked!

Jacob - Check out this huge butterfly on my head. It must be a good resting place!

Swimming fun

Mum and Dad have got a key to the Waitahuna Pool this summer which is great! Whenever the weather is warm enough over the weekend they take us down there for a dip. On this day we were the only ones there so had the pool all to ourselves. Cool fun!

Strollin' along

The latest craze at the O'Connell residence is dolly strollers. Yep we are both mad on them and can often be seen scrapping over the pink one believe it or not!!!! They are both just borrowed from the toy library so we'll have to take them back in a couple of weeks. Dad did say to Mum "Why did you have to get a pink one?" but it's our favourite. First thing in the morning we're off and about (inside and out) strollin' along looking after our teddies (Mum didn't go so far as getting dolls as well).
